Terms of Participation
By applying to and enrolling in IN2AC, you agree to participate in the 24-week (6-month) journey as described on this site: a 3-month Incubation phase, a 3-month Acceleration phase, a Demo Day, and an Elevator Pitch, delivered on the schedule and via the platforms IN2AC specifies.
IN2AC is equity-free — we do not take a stake in your company in exchange for participation. IN2AC does not guarantee funding, employment, a visa, or any specific business outcome as a result of participation.
Day-to-day journey delivery (missions, mentor booking, milestone tracking, the founder community) happens on a separately managed platform. Access is granted by email once your seat is confirmed.
A minimum weekly time commitment of 3–5 hours is required to remain in good standing in the journey.

We collect the information you submit through this site's forms — application details, partnership inquiries, contact messages, and newsletter sign-ups — solely to review applications, respond to inquiries, and run the journey.
Application and idea details may be shared with IN2AC mentors and jury members strictly for journey purposes, subject to the mentor confidentiality terms below. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
For Direct journeys, fees are confirmed and collected after your assessment call, once a seat is offered — not at the point of application.
If you withdraw before the journey start date, fees paid are refundable in full. Once the journey has started, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, in line with the resources already committed to your journey (mentor time, jury slots, and materials).
Institution and Sponsored journey refund terms are set out in the individual partnership agreement, not this page.

- IN2AC does not guarantee funding, a job, a visa, or company setup as a result of participation. We provide structured readiness and Elevator Pitch exposure only.
- Any certificate issued on completion recognizes participation and milestones reached in the journey — it does not imply a regulated academic qualification unless formally approved by the relevant authority.
- Mentors may be exposed to confidential details of your idea in the course of advising you. Mentors agree to confidentiality terms as part of joining the mentor bench, and founders should treat mentor feedback and connections as confidential in return.
- Founders retain ownership of their own ideas and IP. IN2AC does not claim any ownership stake in participant ideas or companies.
