IN2AC90 Days. One Startup.

Program

What is IN2AC

A structured 12-week online accelerator that takes founders from idea to a validated MVP, a go-to-market plan, and an investor-ready Demo Day pitch.

Program model

3 months of incubation, then 3 months of acceleration

A 6-month runway with mentor and workspace access, and multiple pitch days along the way. Incubation gets your idea and go-to-market thinking investor-ready; the 12-week, 90-day acceleration phase you see throughout this site is the second half of that runway.

Milestone-based support

Tied to real checkpoints — discovery, MVP, first customer — with multiple filters along the way.

Industry-linked mentors

Matched to each idea's specific industry, not assigned at random.

Mentor loop

Successful founders from earlier cohorts feed back in — a self-sustaining pipeline.

Clear off-ramp

Defined checkpoints that keep the program credible — this isn't a program everyone simply finishes.

Vision

A dynamic community where early-stage ideas actually thrive.

Members enroll into a virtual infrastructure and professional network to share project information and business intelligence with other pre-seed startups — an ecosystem built for ideas to thrive.

We help founders formulate their business ideas from conceptualization to value proposition to implementation, and make their ventures competitive for grants and investment programs.

We guide budding entrepreneurs through a systematic process: goal setting, market analysis, product development, strategy, structure and operations, financial planning, and legal and governance.

It starts with an entrepreneurial mindset — working ground-up with members to turn raw thoughts into workable business prospects. That means seeding the idea properly, identifying real gaps in the market, and building the competencies to address them — alongside an understanding of supply-and-demand dynamics and the business risks involved.

Objectives

What the program is built to deliver

1

Provide a broad view of the marketplace for members to launch a startup

2

Develop entrepreneurship skills and competencies

3

Enhance innovation, problem-solving, and creativity in developing a business proposal from concept to implementation

4

Understand incorporation, governance, and the resources involved in setting up a small enterprise

5

Evolve the business idea from formulation to value proposition to an implementable business plan

6

Enable members to formally pitch to investors and venture capitalists

Positioning

Not a course. Not just mentoring — a founder operating system.

IN2AC sits between a certificate course and a traditional incubator: enough structure to hold you accountable to a 12-week timeline, and enough real execution to leave with something investors and customers can actually respond to.
